Name and Email address must be real to be delivered. No nicknames allowed. False email addresses will not be delivered. Email addresses will be used for copies of your resign.

NOTE: Per Resolution 35 at the 38^thInternational Convention the following changes to the re-sign procedures will become effective September 1^st2012

·Re-sign shall be required monthly beginning on the 10^thand ending on the 16^thof each month

·Re-sign may be accomplished by mail, fax, e-mail or in person. (Fax or e-mail re-signs shall not be required to be sent from the home local union).

·Re-signs will require the following information: Name, address, home local #, and IBEW card # or if not a union member a driver’s license or government approved ID.

Re-signs in August will be good thru September 16^th
